Shipping policy

Local Delivery: FedEx same day deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday only

Domestic Delivery: FedEx overnight shipping for California, Utah, Oregon, selective cities for Arizona and Washington. All East coast is 2-day shipping. 

While shipment errors/delays are rare, we reserve the right to not be held responsible after an order has left our facility. Customers will be responsible for full payment of the goods even if the goods are lost during transit or arrives late/damaged. In such situation we will file a claim with FedEx. Should a claim be successful we will refund the customer the full amount. We highly encourage customers to be present when the packages arrive to prevent it from being stolen or misplaced. Customers will also be responsible for the entire order and ship costs involved in cases where the order gets returned to us after repeated failed delivery attempts. In such cases, customers will be charged additional if they want the package shipped back. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at singcheongyuan@gmail.com with your order and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
